Key Responsibilities
- Assess the testability of requirements and create test cases based on Business Requirements and Software Design Documents.
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to ensure the quality of in-house developed systems.
- Develop SQL queries and utilize SQL tools effectively.
- Script automated Test Suites to enhance testing efficiency.
- Review, analyze, and report on testing results.
- Utilize Test and Defect Management Tools, preferably HP ALM and JIRA.
- Test web applications, REST API, and SAML SSO.
- Engage with end users to guarantee comprehensive user acceptance testing.
- Collaborate with developers to identify and implement suitable test automation strategies.
- Work closely with the product owner to evaluate requirements and identify impact areas and use cases.
- Proven proficiency in QA and testing web applications (Required - 2 years).
- Extensive experience in assessing requirements for testability and developing test cases (Required - 5 years).
- In-depth knowledge of testing REST API and SAML SSO (Required - 5 years).
- Strong capability in developing SQL queries and using SQL tools (Required - 2 years).
- Experience in scripting automated Test Suites (Required - 3 years).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage concurrent deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology and Scrum practices.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Business Teams to produce Business and QA documentation.
- A solid background in QA and Testing roles.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
