Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the seamless integration of computer system components, remaining informed about the latest advancements in hardware and software technology.
- Provide comprehensive support for local area networks, including the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of LAN hardware and software, such as file servers, routers, and switches.
- Interact effectively with Judicial Branch personnel and local government representatives to address technical challenges and solutions.
- Assist in facilitating moves and relocations of judicial facilities, including courthouses and offices.
- Deliver training to judicial staff as required to ensure the effective use of technology.
- Participate in significant technology deployment initiatives, which may include statewide software updates and server upgrades.
- Proficient knowledge of Ethernet topology networks, Windows 10⁄11, Office 2016⁄365, SCCM/MECM, Cisco technologies, and integration of various components.
- Strong skills in the installation of personal computers and peripherals, coupled with excellent communication abilities to identify and resolve customer concerns.
- Ability to analyze technical needs, prioritize tasks, and communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Math, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of one (1) year of progressive experience in information technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive W-2 rate of $30/hour.
- Travel reimbursement eligible for contractor-owned vehicle use.
- Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with required travel up to 20% for overnight stays across the state.
