Key Responsibilities
- Architect robust and maintainable solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to ascertain business needs and convert them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, modules, workflows, and integrations tailored to meet specific business requirements.
- Offer technical expertise and mentorship to junior developers and support teams, promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous enhancement.
- Diagnose and resolve issues associated with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and overall performance.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor, including functionalities such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs).
- Proven background in ServiceNow development and/or administration.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM).
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, XML, SQL, and AJAX for user interface construction.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems utilizing REST, SOAP, and various APIs.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Significant experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong understanding of ITSM and CSM principles.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and relevant web technologies.
