Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform CRM Developer for a 12-month contract position with the State of North Carolina. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to work remotely while engaging in innovative projects within a reputable organization. As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into advanced Dynamics 365 functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, managing multiple developmental solutions concurrently.
• Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to enhance the utilization of Dynamics 365 CRM in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide essential training and comprehensive documentation to facilitate rapid system changes.
• Create, deliver, and oversee Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in the GCC.
• Engage in collaboration with other development teams to maximize existing functionalities and components.
• Customize Dynamics 365 CRM forms and manage system views, public and personal views, charts, and dashboards.
• Manage Dynamics CRM entities, including ownership and properties, while implementing field customizations.
• Configure entity relationships, workflows, and business process flows, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in advanced customization techniques utilizing JavaScript, web resources, plugins, etc.
• Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, business process flows, Power Automate flows, and other out-of-the-box tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Model Driven Apps and experience with solution management.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics CRM/365/Model Driven Apps (minimum 5 years required).
• Competency in C# and JavaScript.
