- Lead the refresh process for hardware components, including laptops, desktops, and peripherals, ensuring alignment with county hardware standards and security protocols.
- Execute the reimaging of existing laptops and desktops to ensure optimal performance.
- Deploy new laptops and desktops along with necessary peripherals across multiple locations, fostering improved operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated capability to provide limited guidance and leadership to peers.
- Proficient in managing medium complexity tasks effectively.
- Relevant industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows 10.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Active Directory, VPN client, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows 10 is required.
- Relevant technical certifications are preferred and will be viewed favorably.
- W-2 Rate: $22/hour
