Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator of the NetSuite platform and main point of contact for all NetSuite-related support.
- Collaborate with end-users to identify business requirements, ensuring the implementation of effective solutions.
- Provide technical support to users and conduct training sessions to enhance system adoption.
- Manage the integration processes for ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Plan, review, and tailor NetSuite functionalities to meet staff requirements.
- Develop and maintain custom application extensions utilizing system APIs and third-party tools.
- Establish and adhere to documented policies, procedures, and standards for system changes and customizations.
- Generate reports and transcribe them into necessary platforms such as Google and Salesforce.
- Assist with accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and fixed assets.
- Analyze business processes and requirements, translating them into actionable tasks across various departments.
- Create and maintain saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards.
- Proven expertise in administering NetSuite ERP and/or CRM modules with a strong understanding of configurations, customizations, and workflows.
- At least 5 years of experience working with NetSuite, particularly in managing implementations, upgrades, and integrations within complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and familiarity with SuiteCloud platform development, including custom records, fields, forms, and reports.
- Experience integrating NetSuite with other systems using web services (SOAP/REST), ODBC, middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo), and APIs.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes across various departments such as Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Operations, with the ability to translate those requirements into effective NetSuite solutions.
- A relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing expertise in NetSuite and its functionalities.
