- Serve as a technical resource for over 10,000 computer users, providing assistance with standard desktop applications.
- Resolve technical problems independently and manage time effectively to meet schedules.
- Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users to facilitate understanding.
- Support end-user password resets and guide users on desktop application functionalities.
- Document processes and maintain operational standards in alignment with service agreements.
