Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level desktop support, ensuring a white-glove service experience for our clients.
- Provide expert guidance on networking solutions, mobility initiatives, virtualization technologies, security protocols, and cloud-based services.
- Assess, recommend, and implement innovative technologies to enhance client infrastructure.
- Optimize existing systems to guarantee peak performance, security, and availability.
- Formulate IT strategies that align with current and future requirements, adhering to relevant regulations.
- Possess a keen understanding of on-premises, hybrid, and cloud architectures, employing best practices to maintain high operational resiliency.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, showcasing strong follow-up abilities and providing comprehensive documentation as needed.
- Participate in proposal development, product research, and client sales meetings when required.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of IT governance fundamentals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft expert certification in Cloud technology, CISSP, CCSP, and other relevant industry credentials.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in maintaining and supporting diverse technology environments.
- Prior consulting experience is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of operating platforms, connectivity, security, and information management.
- Familiarity with advanced troubleshooting theories and practices.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft SaaS cloud stack, including Microsoft 365, EMS, and Azure Active Directory.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Azure IaaS services, such as virtual machines, storage, networking, backup/site recovery, and security.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS platforms, including SQL databases and Azure App Services.
- Awareness of on-premises technologies, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN setups.
- Systems Center expertise is an added asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and client management capabilities are essential.
- Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in networking, firewalls, routing, and switching is vital.
- Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology environment maintenance and support is necessary.
- Proven experience in consulting and managing client relationships is highly desirable.
