Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the project management lifecycle, ensuring that projects align with established schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Collaborate with SAS project managers and subcontracted J2 developers to facilitate the review and approval of project artifacts, including abstracts, statements of work (SOWs), project plans, risk logs, and design documentation.
- Monitor the timely delivery of project artifacts and updates, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
- Participate in project and operational meetings, tracking task completion across teams and managing meeting minutes for clarity and alignment.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination.
- Contribute to the development and support of standard operating procedures (SOPs), including documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize various project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, MS Planner, and Asana to ensure efficient project tracking and reporting.
- Work closely with the HIEA Program Manager to understand project objectives within the agency's strategic framework.
- Strong project management expertise with a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in project management applications (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, MS Planner, Asana).
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities to track project progress and requirements.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
- PMP Certification is mandatory.
- Relevant experience in project management or related fields, particularly in collaborative settings.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
