Key Responsibilities
- Identify and document key stakeholders, data flows, and both current and future state process flows.
- Gather, document, validate, and maintain essential business, functional, and technical/non-functional requirements for software solution development.
- Convert client system requirements into agile themes, product backlogs, epics, user stories, and detailed business requirement documents as needed.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and subject matter experts to refine user stories and establish acceptance criteria.
- Work alongside developers and testers to ensure functionality aligns with the defined acceptance criteria.
- Conduct gap analysis and contribute to detailed requirement development efforts.
- Assist in user acceptance testing, including preparing test scenarios and test cases.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle to support user acceptance testing and production rollout.
- Aid in the creation of procurement documents such as Requests for Proposals, Quotes, and Information.
- Support vendor proposal evaluations and document results.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and facilitate options analysis for proposed automation projects.
- Maintain SharePoint sites for each assigned project and document meeting agendas and notes.
- Perform project support tasks as assigned.
- Extensive knowledge of business system techniques and testing methodologies pertinent to software development.
- Solid grasp of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid development frameworks.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, coupled with effective meeting facilitation and requirements gathering abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis and software testing methodologies.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience specifically in child support services.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
