Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior business executives and IT personnel to define and execute program requirements.
- Strategically plan and manage initiatives to align with Departmental, State, and other stakeholder expectations.
- Lead project teams and oversee all vendor-related activities associated with the program.
- Authorize and manage internal and external relationships, including agencies, Federal entities, vendors, and other State agencies.
- Establish and implement project management controls based on industry standards to monitor and manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk.
- Ensure the highest standards of quality and security throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report progress and results to senior executive management, ensuring that all stakeholder expectations are met.
- Assess and evaluate the business and financial performance of initiative components from a strategic perspective.
- Exceptional program management skills with a focus on results.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Extensive background in program management and team leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
