Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the delivery of customized ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on the CSM and ITSM applications.
- Implement workflows and integrations with external systems, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Maintain thorough documentation of ServiceNow configurations, processes, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project execution and solution delivery.
- Proficient in ServiceNow development and/or administration.
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow Flow Designer or Workflow Editor, including capabilities such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow notifications and reporting functionalities.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) projects.
- Capability to build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Extensive experience as a senior-level ServiceNow Developer.
- Strong customer-facing skills for effective requirements gathering.
- ServiceNow certification is highly preferred.
