- Design and implement SharePoint and web-based solutions that align with NCDOT's Preconstruction processes.
- Translate design needs into well-defined user stories for the Development Team.
- Prioritize tasks and monitor progress on deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and project deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Collaborate with clients to facilitate the implementation of re-engineered business processes.
- Conduct testing of SharePoint and related content management solutions to validate project outcomes.
- Develop and provide training materials for new business processes and IT applications.
- Engage with clients to prototype, test, and refine applications to meet their specific needs.
- Oversee Quality Control for project deliverables.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members to foster professional growth.
- Expertise in designing SharePoint and web-based content solutions.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with AGILE software development practices and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong proficiency in creating custom Microsoft SharePoint lists, libraries, and content types.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational and presentation capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Demonstrated ability in evaluating and re-engineering business processes.
