We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with PMP certification and Scrum Master experience to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This onsite position offers a unique opportunity to lead enterprise security programs and projects, driving significant impact within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the Technical Project Management process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Take ownership of project execution, managing and directing the efforts of resources aligned with the project team.
- Act as Scrum Master for scrum projects, guiding the team through full execution and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Conduct all scrum ceremonies and actively remove any impediments to enable successful team delivery.
- Provide regular project updates in accordance with the guidelines set by the ITS Project Management Team.
- Develop and maintain critical project management artifacts, including Project Charters and Project Plans.
- Ensure readiness for change, adoption by stakeholders, and effective stakeholder management.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings for status updates, issue resolution, and communication of project scope.
- Collaborate with Business Champions, Product Owners, and the Strategy & Planning Team to manage project scope effectively.
- Guarantee the quality of project deliverables by working closely with stakeholders and team members.
- Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendor stakeholders, keeping abreast of their tasks and impact on deliverables.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex enterprise security projects.
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management, preferably with experience in One Identity Safeguard.
- Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to act as a Scrum Master and facilitate scrum ceremonies.
- Proficient in creating essential project management documents and artifacts.
- Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders and vendors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly within the security domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Information Technology, Security).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
