Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, define, and document requirements related to data, workflows, and core business processes.
- Generate comprehensive documentation for program and project deliverables as assigned.
- Collaborate with clients to re-engineer existing business processes for improved efficiency.
- Design and develop SharePoint and web-based content management solutions to support re-engineered processes.
- Create and deliver training materials tailored to new business processes and IT applications.
- Offer support during the implementation of novel processes as needed.
- Evaluate and assess the feasibility of projects in relation to other ongoing programs.
- Lead and coordinate activities for project team members, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Work closely with clients to prototype, refine, test, and troubleshoot applications and processes to meet requirements.
- Ensure quality control for all program and project deliverables.
- Provide operational support for clients and the IT applications that facilitate their business processes.
- In-depth expertise in business analysis methodologies and techniques.
- Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and related platforms.
- A fundamental understanding of project management principles and the system development lifecycle.
