- Design and maintain both hardware and software components essential for a robust computer network.
- Specialize in Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), TCP/IP, virtual machines, and server/network infrastructure.
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and administration of wired and wireless network switches, access points, server farms, and network storage components.
- Manage the installation of cabling, wiring, and related equipment for telephony and data systems with communication capabilities.
- Implement disaster recovery and business continuity procedures to ensure network resilience.
- Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and fault management for all network-related components.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN architectures and protocols.
- Proficient in TCP/IP, virtual machines, and server/network infrastructure.
