- Oversee the development of scripts using programming languages compatible with the Micro Focus Software Testing Suite to fulfill both functional and performance testing requirements.
- Execute SQL queries to meet the data needs of business stakeholders while safeguarding sensitive information.
- Facilitate the adoption of new software testing methodologies within the organization.
- Monitor and manage quality control lifecycle activities, including project scope and change control processes.
- Collaborate with IT management to strategize and develop plans aligned with NCDOT-T/NCCRIS project requirements.
- Stay informed about emerging software testing tools and processes to maintain cutting-edge practices.
- Assist in organizing and communicating service-related information effectively through dashboards and reports.
