- Spearhead and oversee the execution of activities necessary for the implementation and ongoing support of complex testing disciplines.
- Direct the formulation of test scripts utilizing programming languages compatible with the Micro Focus Software Testing Suite, addressing functional and performance testing requirements for NCDOT-Transportation Enterprise applications.
- Coordinate SQL queries to fulfill data requisites for business users while adhering to data sensitivity and security protocols.
- Facilitate the adoption of new software testing practices at an enterprise level.
- Manage quality control lifecycle activities for testing service projects, ensuring adherence to project scope and change control measures.
- Collaborate with IT management across all tiers to develop comprehensive plans that align with the software testing needs of the NCDOT-T/NCCRIS Project.
- Stay informed on emerging software testing tools, processes, and techniques to inform best practices within the organization.
- Assist IT Management by gathering, organizing, and disseminating service-related insights through dashboards and reports.
