Now hiring for a full-time LPN for our Assisted Living / Adult Care Facility!
Essential Job Functions Include :
- Assist with Resident admissions, transfers, and discharges under the direction of site Administrator.
- Welcome Residents and oversee brief orientation to surroundings. Begin initial care plans.
- Use Resident assessments to help set measurable goals and objectives in care plans that meets a Resident’s physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
- Deliver and supervise resident care, based upon established care plans.
- May assist with medications and treatments as ordered by the resident’s physician when necessary.
- Supervise Resident Aides. Monitor the care they provide to Residents. Act as a role model for non-licensed staff.
- On-call responsibilities.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Assisted Living Administrator.
