UI / UX Designer (Marketing)
Full Time, Monday-Friday, Hybrid Schedule, flexible 2-3 days per week. Orlando, FL

Job Summary :

We are seeking a UI / UX Designer who will play a pivotal role in creating a best-in-class digital experience for our customers and prospective customers. In this role you will be responsible for understanding user needs, crafting user-centric designs and collaborating with internal teams to deliver impactful interfaces that drive business growth. You will also play a key role in delivering consistent brand experiences across digital touchpoints through the implementation and advocacy of a design system.
Key Responsibilities :
User Research and Analysis : Collaborate with internal research team to conduct user interviews, surveys, usability testing and competitor analysis to understand user needs, pain points and behaviors.
Design Strategy : Develop comprehensive design strategies aligned with business goals, including user flows, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
Wireframing and Prototyping : Develop mid-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to test and iterate on design concepts.
Design Iteration : Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and testing results.
Design System : Work with the Brand and Development teams to extend the brand system to websites and applications through a design system.
Interaction Design : Design user interactions for various elements like buttons, forms, and menus to ensure a seamless user experience.
Accessibility : Ensure that our websites and applications serve users with disabilities through the incorporation of accessibility standards.
Design Advocacy : Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user experience throughout the development process.
