Partner Success Account Manager

This is a full time, salaried Exempt position and is based on a 40-hour work week minimum with the understanding that the number of hours may fluctuate based on need.
Location : Atlanta, GA 30339 (near Truist Stadium, Cobb Galleria Centre, conveniently located at the intersection of I-285 and I-75)

SmallBusinessLoans.com has a great opportunity for a Partner Success Account Manager to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team at our Atlanta, GA office.
Responsibilities :
The Partner Success Account Manager will work with assigned partners to execute strategies that will drive growth, improve profitability and expand the relationship. Quarterly will conduct business reviews to ensure partners are satisfied with SBL's partner UX, customer experience, products and support. The Partner Success Manager must be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales, marketing, operations and risk teams to build rapport with partner and SBL internal operations. This individual will be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Daily Activities :
Manage daily performance of partner to ensure key sales metrics are being met. Metrics include but not limited to the number of completed leads submitted, Qualification rate to key partner relationships, cost of acquisition and total dollars funded.
Meet regularly to understand partner's needs and develop plans to address them
Identify key members of partners staff to cultivate a profitable relationship
Resolve complaints quickly
Meet regularly with the executive leadership team to go over the status (Application volume and quality, profitability, new opportunities, system issues, etc.) on all assigned partners
Monitor all aspects of the sales funnel daily. Applications (leads), Approvals, Funding
Required to complete daily and month end summary of production reports
Present performance forecast to the executive leadership team
Represent SBL in discussions and negotiations with partners
Work with onboarding team to successfully launch new relationships that will be managed
Guide product and packaging initiatives to meet company or partner objectives
Benchmark origination channels and peer group and champion optimization across the organization
Weekly Activities :
Attend formal staff meeting to discuss partner progress of the past week, as well as goals for current and future weeks.
Report daily on sales production
Monthly Activities :
Attend a formal meeting with SBL Executive leadership team to review performance and set short and long term goals
Report Monthly sales production
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree or higher in related field
2-4 years minimum experience exceeding expectations in a similar position
Finance, Payments, agency, acquisition experience is preferred
Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office products, Tableau or Domo preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills
