Fairview Health Services is seeking a CASUAL Nurse Pracitioner to join our Acute and Diagnostic Services (ADS) team. Acute and Diagnostic Services locations include: Burnsville, Maple Grove, Edina, Maplewood and Wyoming.
Practice Details:
The Acute and Diagnostic Services team is a member of the primary care health care team who works in collaboration with providers and other medical staff to provide acute and diagnostic services to stable patients that are not available or feasible in a primary care clinic. The role of an ADS physician assistant is to provide assessment and treatment for stable patients who require services that are more complex, require a longer intervention, or are services that are not provided in a typical primary care or urgent care clinic - but do not require emergency department stabilization services. Patients are referred to the ADS from Fairview Urgent Care or Primary Care Clinic locations.
- Opening(s): Casual
- ADS Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 6:00pm; Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Care for patients ages 16 and up
- No Call required.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Qualifications
- Graduate of a school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner training program.
- BC/BE through the AANP or ANCC.
- Licensed or ability to obtain APRN license with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
