Practice Description
Fairview Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Wound Care team at M Health Fairview - Wound Healing Institute - Edina . Work in the capacity of an attending provider in an outpatient specialty services setting including patient care management, wound and vascular care, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, prescribing medications and discharge planning.
Practice Details :
- Collaborate, consult and communicate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers and staff throughout the continuum of care.
- Average of 12-18 patient encounters per day.
- Openings : 1.0 FTE (Full Time)
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

The posted pay range is for 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
