Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our primary care (adults only) practice at M Health Fairview Clinics – Oxboro located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice which has been in the community for over 30 years.
Practice Details:
- 12 provider primary care practice which includes 8 Internal Medicine Physicians, 1 Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider and 3 Pediatricians.
- Specialists in pediatrics, derm, mental health, midwifery, ob/gyn and podiatry.
- On-site lab services, x-ray, mammography, bone densitometry.
- On-site M Health Farivew Pharmacy, M Health Fairview Rehab Services and M Health Fairview Urgent Care.
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
- Virtual care offered and encouraged via video, telephone, and through EMR.
- 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

- Initial 2 year salary guarantee with ability to exceed on an innovative compensation program rewarding production, quality and patient experience.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- BC/BE through NCCPA
- Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privilege
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of PA experience

The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
