Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Edina. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with top clinical quality and patient satisfaction scores.
Practice Details:
- 13 provider primary care practice with more than 15 specialists onsite.
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
- 34 patient contact hours per week.
- Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) or less - Flexible schedule.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
Responsibilities Job Description
M Health Fairview Clinic - Edina is located in a busy medical office building next to award-winning Fairview Southdale Hospital. Edina is conveniently located at the crossroads of several major highways less than 15 minutes from downtown Minneapolis, in the growing and vibrant Southwest suburbs of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- BC/BE through NCCPA.
- Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
- 2 years of Physician Assistant experience required.
