About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our Medical Imaging department at M Health Fairview Northland Hospital in Princeton, MN.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging for patients and physicians.
- Provide quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice.
- Work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team.
- Participate in creating a culture of patient safety and demonstrate knowledge of emergency preparedness.
- Verify patient identification and documentation.
- Communicate with and educate patients regarding pertinent information during all aspects of the exam.
- Ensure patient data integrity.
- Achieve accurate image marking and digital image manipulation and archiving.
- Maintain a high level of competency.
- Accept new technology as it's introduced into the facility.
- Participate in Quality Assurance testing as required by regulatory agencies and/or manufacturer recommendations.
Requirements
- ARRT Certification/Registration.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - from American Red Cross or American Heart Association and current before date of hire.
- Preferred experience as a technologist.
Shift Information
This is a .6FTE (48 hours per 2 week pay period) position with a primarily day/evening 8 hour shift with rotating 12 hour day weekend shifts.

The Medical Imaging department at M Health Fairview Northland Hospital provides a wide range of imaging services including X-ray, Fluoro exams, DEXA exams, ED/inpatients, Med/Surg/ICU, and Specialty Care Clinic for Imaging.
