Here at M Health, we are seeking a Fairview Orthotics/Prosethetics (FOP) Supervisor to join our dynamic team!
As the FOP Supervisor, you will provide leadership to the Orthotics and Prosthetics department. This includes assisting the FOP Director with the financial, customer service, and employee engagement objectives. This position will also be responsible for assisting the Director with referral source development, customer service/service recovery, communicating with regulatory agencies, insurance companies and patients, assist in business development and implementing process improvement initiatives within the department. This position is 100% administrative and is responsible for the direct supervision of the FOP Patient Services Coordinators and indirect supervision of the FOP practitioners.
This is a full-time position working daytime hours, Monday through Friday. No weekends or on-call!
