Supervisor - Staffing & Scheduling

This is a 1.0 FTE (80 hours every 2 weeks) salaried position, on the Day/Evening/Night shift, working weekends as needed. The Supervisor leads staffing advisors through all staffing functions, including, but not limited to; master schedule balance, schedule production, changes to posted schedules, trades, e-time and schedule edits, orientation schedules, near term recruitment, and daily staffing.

• Provide oversight of day to day operations including ensuring site/units are staffed to provide appropriate level of care.
• Maintains situational awareness of team needs and potential bottlenecks.
• Implements problem-solving mechanisms in both routine and emergency situations.
• Ensures communications are complete in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participates as delegated in the daily system huddles and other related meetings.

The qualified candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree and has 2-3 years' experience working in staffing, scheduling, or healthcare. Leadership experience of 1-2 years is also required. This experience can be formal or informal (mentor, trainer, lead). Preferred experience would be additional healthcare, staffing, or scheduling experience, familiarity with Excel and ANSOS, along with knowledge of Mitel contact center and Mitel Workforce Management programs.
