At Fairview Hospital - Cleveland Clinic, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the Care Nurse Supervisor position. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and take on a leadership role in managing the Resident Care Department under the guidance of the Resident Care Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coaching resident care service providers, conducting resident assessments and developing care plans, ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety procedures, and supervising Resident Care Assistants. A valid nursing license and 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably with the elderly, are essential requirements for this role. The pay range for this position is $36.00 to $42.00 per hour.
