Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time positions to provide one-on-one care in patients' homes, promoting independence through education and skilled nursing. The role involves collaborating with RNs and physicians, accurately documenting patient conditions, preparing clinical notes, assisting with daily living activities, and adhering to safety protocols.

Compensation: $34-$43 per visit, bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• 1 year LPN experience
• Current state LPN license
• IV certification and CPR certification required
