- Administer and monitor medications for elderly patients.
- Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity.
- Regularly check vital signs to detect health issues.
- Prevent and treat pressure ulcers and skin conditions.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness.
- Minimum 1-year LVN experience in Geriatrics.
- LPN license in NC or multistate compact.
- Travel required.
- Day Shift, 5x8, 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, 40 Hours/Week.
