Physical Therapist (PT) PRN

We are seeking a qualified PRN Physical Therapist for our Newport News, VA location. The role involves implementing standards of care, conducting assessments, and providing physical therapy services according to physician plans. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing patient needs and developing care plans.
• Directing treatment and instructing patients and caregivers.
• Supervising therapy assistants and home health aides.
• Participating in discharge planning and providing consultations.
