Position: School-based Mental Health Clinician
Accountability: Reports to Mental Health Program Supervisor/Director
Status: Full Time, Exempt
Role: Provide direct mental health services to children and youth at assigned schools, including therapy and case management as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Travel: Local travel required.

Duties
- Deliver culturally sensitive individual, group, and family therapy.
- Maintain a caseload of 16-20 clients and co-facilitate groups.
- Collaborate with school staff and provide training to teachers and parents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and perform mandated reporting.
- MSW, MA, PhD, or PsyD required; must be licensed or registered.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Excellent clinical skills and experience with diverse populations.
