School-Based Clinician - Solano

Position: School-based Mental Health Clinician

Accountability: Reports to Mental Health Program Supervisor/Director

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Role: Provide direct mental health services to children and youth at assigned schools, including therapy and case management as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Duties

• Deliver culturally sensitive individual, group, and family therapy.
• Maintain a caseload of 16-20 clients and co-facilitate groups.
• Collaborate with school staff and provide training to teachers and parents.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and perform mandated reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• MSW, MA, PhD, or PsyD required; must be licensed or registered.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent clinical skills and experience with diverse populations.
  
  

Work Environment: Office/community setting with telecommuting options.

Travel: Local travel required.
