Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current RN license in Iowa
- 3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Experience in acute care, home health, or triage preferred
- Strong nursing skills and patient service orientation
- AHA Heart Code BLS certification required within 3 months
- Positive, organized, and team-oriented personality
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
- Basic PC skills required
- Professional organization membership or specialty certification desired
