What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Relations Specialist position at Fairview Mills?
Job Duties
· Attend to feed orders from receiving to final shipment.
· Assist in pricing diets and services on feed orders.
· Assist in data input into current and new programs used for procurement of inventory and production scheduling.
· Coordinate and assist with procurement, transportation, and operations departments for the shipment of finished goods in a timely manner.
· Develop and maintain clear and timely communication between clients and all operations of Fairview Mills.
· Assist as needed at supervisor’s discretion, in all facets of the operations of J-Six Enterprises.
· Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task as you work in a fast-paced environment to keep our company operational.
· Good organizational skills, great time management, and dead-line oriented.
