What You’ll Do:
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help residents improve mobility, strength, and overall function
- Carry out individualized therapy plans and document progress
- Collaborate with the rehab team, nursing staff, and families
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the therapy process
- Current PA licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
