About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Fairview Range. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, including planning, design, and contractor oversight. This role will also involve coordinating with the Space Committee to plan changes and directing electrical and other contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate construction, electrical, and change orders
- Oversee general mechanical and preventative maintenance, including inspection, servicing, repair, and overhaul of equipment and facilities
- Provide direction, supervision, guidance, and technical assistance to work crews
- Actively monitor and manage employee performance
Requirements
- Two-year technical degree or comparable knowledge and experience in building maintenance/construction/plumbing/electrical demonstrated through verifiable work experience
- Possess Second Class B boiler license or obtain within 2 years of hire
- Experience with Building Automation, Alarms Systems, and Equipment Management Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
