Fairview Range is hiring a Custodian for housekeeping department in Hibbing, MN.
The custodian performs a variety of support service functions as well as project-type work and cleaning in order to keep the physical facility orderly, aesthetically attractive, clean and sanitary.
Schedule: This position will be working part time, 48 hours per pay period. This position will work evening shifts with every other weekend.
Benefits: This position is eligible for benefits.

Custodian Job Responsibilities
- Maintains hard surface floors.
- Project cleans and maintains hard surface and carpeted floors.
- Provide a superior level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment consistent with department procedures and protocols.
Custodian Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Six months verifiable experience in working with refinishing of hard surface flooring and carpet cleaning methods preferred.
