Fairview Range is hiring a Patient Experience Coordinator/Safety Always Lead for our Quality Improvement team in Hibbing, MN.
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will facilitate the improvement of the patient experiences along the spectrum of services provided by Fairview Range.
Schedule: This position will work 40 hours per two weeks; Monday - Friday. The shift length will be 4-hours on the day shift. Weekends: None

As a Patient Experience Coordinator/Safety Always Lead you will be responsible for:
- Serving as a liaison between the organization and the patient and family
- Listening to patient concerns
- Documenting feedback
- Coordinating efforts to resolve complaints, grievances, and variances
- Composing and sending letters to patients within the timelines required by policy/regulation
- Improving process for patients and families
- Evaluating existing patient complaint themes
- Managing the electronic feedback system
- Ensuring accurate recording and timely response and resolution of all feedback files
- Running various reports to support departmental needs of Fairview Range
- Training and assisting leaders on how to navigate electronic feedback system
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in the health care field or 3 years of health care or service industry experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience working in a service recovery role
