Schedule: This position is a casual position. The shift length will be 8-hours, rotating Day/Evening shifts. Weekends: Every other weekend

- Appropriately and accurately collects and enters required information for scheduling patients and completes the check in if
applicable - Maintains communication for all system issues, scheduling concerns and communication while working through all revenue cycle
requirements. - HIPAA Standards and Regulatory Requirements are followed and adhered to
- Personal accountability and teamwork.
- Responsible for and maintaining all related information to the Revenue Cycle

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be proficient in computer use.
- Good interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Well organized, detail oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clerical experience and prior knowledge of health insurance processing
- Post-secondary education: AA or AS with medical terminology education
- AAHAM CPAT/CCAT and/or NAHAM certification
