We are seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Corporate Logistics Office Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This position requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Stock shelves with office supplies and snacks.
- Order snacks and office supplies as needed.
- Manage and maintain Outlook calendars for staff members.
- Assist with schedule and coordinate events, including meetings and special events.
- Work with vendors to organize and manage special events.
- Keep the office environment neat, clean, and organized at all times.
- Assist with the planning and execution of both in-office and offsite events.
- Open offices in the morning and ensure readiness for the day.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as required.
