Position Title : Administrative Assistant
Reports To: SVP, Corporate Development
Schedule Monday through Friday business hours and additional hours as required
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Required Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum three years of experience in an administrative role
Languages: English
Traits: Able to work well with a team; enjoys organizing events; self-starter; takes ownership of projects; dependable
Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Data entry
- Update social media and company website,
- Filing and other administrative functions
- Supports Supervisor and relevant team members by performing administrative services
- Assists management with administrative tasks such as tracking and compiling information of interest
- Organizes lunch and/or other events for Jacksonville office attendees when requested – to include ordering the lunches, organizing the display/setup, breaking down and cleaning up after the event
- Prepare various reports
- Reads and answers correspondence
- May handle confidential information
