NOW HIRING LEAD LAWN CARE LABORER(S) FOR AN IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME JOB OPPORTUNITY!

STARTING PAY OF $19.00 - $22.00 PER HOUR BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Agape Lawn Company is hiring a Lead Lawn Care Laborer to help us deliver top-tier landscaping and lawn care services. You will take charge of lawn care maintenance tasks, supervise a helper, and ensure our customers’ outdoor spaces look their best. Our ideal candidate is a proactive laborer who values professionalism, teamwork, and high-quality service.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and supervise the landscaping laborers .
  • Perform landscaping and lawn care services, including mowing, edging, weed eating, blowing, and aeration.
  • Use herbicides, install mulch and pine straw, and perform leaf removal as needed.
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as F-150 trucks, trailers, and walk-behind mowers.
  • Ensure properties are left clean and well-maintained after each job.

Requirements :

  • 1 year of experience in outdoor general labor required; landscaping experience preferred.
  • Experience operating and maintaining equipment (F-150 trucks, trailers, walk-behind mowers) preferred.
  • Experience leading or supervising team members preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting 35-80 lbs regularly.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
