Responsibilities and Duties
Maintenance technicians are responsible for vehicle maintenance that includes oil changes, tire rotations, checking fluid levels, inspect various belts, filters, and check tire condition and air pressures. Having careful attention to detail and the ability to easily adapt to new technologies is a must.
Responsibilities
- Check and communicate oil level to teammates
- Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation
- Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
- Complete vehicle inspection
- Install a new oil drain plug and a new oil filter
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
- Providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.

Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics
- Experience with programmable logic controllers and electrical systems
- Welding skills and familiarity with CMMS
- Ability to perform residential painting and supervise maintenance tasks
- Excellent customer service and leadership capabilities
- Competence in using an ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
