This role is a key contributor to the Business Systems Support team. To ensure success in this role, one should have the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and scheduling flexibility.

- General Operational Responsibilities
- Update and manage back-end work needed pre and post data merge along with updates and changes to existing programs, services, and software.
- Provide support to incoming technicians and management for acquired lawn and pest brands during transition period
- Communicate with personnel and outside agencies to exchange information, coordinate activities, and resolve issues or concerns; serve as a liaison between users, technicians, contractors, vendors, and others.
- Prioritize and schedule requests for technical support services, ensure user needs are met and technical support issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Operate a variety of office equipment including a copier, fax machine, computer and assigned software.
