Fairway is seeking a Call Center Supervisor for Customer Service and Inside Sales at our Dallas, TX location. This leadership role oversees daily operations and team development within our call center. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, inside sales expertise, and strong leadership skills. This position reports to the Call Center Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, hiring, and advanced customer issue resolution.
- Monitor call volume, call procedures, and key performance metrics.
- Lead and develop a team of 10-15 members, ensuring professional growth and productivity.
- Train and mentor staff on the best sales processes, lead conversion strategies, and outbound prospecting.
- Implement strategies to meet and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain reporting systems to track department performance.
