This seasonal position pays $43,300 - $54,900 per year, including average monthly bonus and quarterly team bonus.

- Provide unmatched customer service by communicating with the customer in a professional manner about their service.
- Make recommendations for customers’ mosquito treatment solutions and plans.
- Identify solutions for common and complex mosquito control issues and play an active role in the implementation and solution.
- Use environmentally responsible pesticide products and follow proper application guidelines.
- Drive an assigned route using a company vehicle.
- Maintain company vehicle including cleanliness, submitting requests for routine maintenance to the fleet department.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience running routes in a service-based industry strongly preferred.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds, with or without any accommodation.
- Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
