Job Description:

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This role requires strong knowledge of mixology, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. The Bartender plays a key role in creating a vibrant, social atmosphere while embodying our core values.

Key Qualifications:

Experience as a bartender in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venues preferred. * Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and guest preferences. * Provide responsive, friendly, and professional service to all guests. * Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt attention to requests and concerns. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools and glassware. * Verify identification to ensure guests meet legal drinking age requirements. * Process payments accurately and follow proper cash handling procedures. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations. * Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. * Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds. * Strong multitasking and time management skills. * Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
