Job Overview
The Hospitality/Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role focuses on creating a warm, welcoming environment while maintaining high service standards, staff performance, and operational efficiency. The Hospitality/Service Manager collaborates closely with the General Manager and other leadership team members to drive guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment venue management, with a focus on guest services. * Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to engage effectively with guests, associates, and management. * A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Lead front-of-house operations, always ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction. * Foster a welcoming, energetic environment that reflects our core values and enhances the guest experience. * Train, mentor, and develop front-of-house staff to deliver responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable service. * Monitor guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and implement improvements to elevate service quality. * Support the General Manager in achieving sales goals, controlling labor costs, and managing operational budgets. * Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow and efficient operations. * Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations. * Oversee staff scheduling to optimize coverage based on business needs while maintaining labor cost targets. * Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent distractions. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. * Physical requirements include lifting to 30 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and frequent bending and reaching.
