Service Support - Fairway Social
The Supporting Team Member role encompasses essential positions including Bussers, Food Runners, and Porters. These roles are vital to ensuring smooth operations, maintaining cleanliness, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Supporting Team Members work collaboratively with all departments to create a welcoming, efficient, and enjoyable environment for both guests and associates.
Key Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the venue, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms. * Support service staff by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently. * Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly to guests, ensuring proper presentation. * Replenish supplies and restock service stations as needed. * Assist with basic food preparation and setup for events when required. * Ensure that all areas meet health, safety, and sanitation standards. * Collaborate with team members to support overall service flow and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. * Availability to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. * Ability to stand, walk, and move around the venue for extended periods. * Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
